Covering Essex and the surrounding counties, and with filming experience of over twenty years, we offer an outstanding value for money service for those couples getting married on a weekday at a civil venue. Ideal for both large and smaller & more intimate funtions, we aim to excel in terms of both professionalism and quality, recording to Widescreen DVD, capturing the atmosphere of your special day and the ‘character’ of all your guests unobtrusively.
ADVANTAGES OF A VIDEO OF YOUR SPECIAL DAY
Photos are lovely, but never quite capture the true character of the subject or the full atmosphere of the event. Video does! With sound & moving pictures, every character trait is recorded to be enjoyed forever. With our unobtrusive and relaxed filming style, your guests are soon put at ease and most of the time don't know we are there!
ADVANTAGES OF OUR STANDARD PACKAGE
Our standard package aims to capture the most important part of your wedding day - your service, your guests, your joy and the laughter! It starts half an hour before your ceremony, including the arrival of your guests and you getting ready (if you are getting ready at the venue), the all important ceremony with vows and exchange of rings, signing the register and walking down the aisle, plus footage of you and your guests relaxing and enjoying the day, with confetti (if within time constraints). If time and your guests permit we will also capture our trademark "2 words" section, which you can see in our SHOWREEL.
However, if there are any additional special moments happening and you would like us to stay longer to capture them, then we are happy to tailor an extended package at an extremely competitive hourly rate of only £100.00 (payable at the time of booking or on the day).
WHAT WILL YOUR FINISHED FILM LOOK LIKE?
We edit all the material shot down to approximately 30 minutes to an hour (dependent on conditions on the day), adding titles and graphics where appropriate. There is also a short montage of stills taken from the video at the end of the film. Supply us with your two favourite pieces of music to start and end the film, with additional beautiful top quality copyright free classical music (Vivaldi, etc) added to the background (where appropriate), and the final edit mastered to a widescreen DVD disc and posted to you within a week of your wedding.
HOW TO CONFIRM A BOOKING
That's easy! Call us on 01277 633908 and we will take care of the rest. You pay £100 (non-refundable) to confirm your booking which you can send by cheque. We will send you 2 copies of your booking form by post. Check all the details are correct, sign both copies and return one of them to us in the envelope provided.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED?
Anytime leading up to your wedding day, you can call us, to discuss any concerns or questions you may have. We will contact you approximately one month before your wedding day to discuss and confirm your shot list. At that time, we will then ask you to settle your remaining balance.
